Lambde is a new-media collaboration project between sound artists Ilya Selikhov and Shen Sum-Sum. Both artists are interested in random algorithms applied to recorded or collected media materials. In their practice, Lambde experiments with different interaction possibilities between the visual and audible components of media materials. For the Moscow project “ The Space of Red” Lambde have composed a sound piece for the Yulia Glukhova’s installation with the same name, and also presented in Moscow an audio-visual performance “Red Noise. White Noise” as another contribution to the same program.
